Welcome to my corner of the webiverse.

You will notice that some images are presented in both colour and monochrome [those with an 'M'] versions. This isn't caused by indecision on my part - both forms have their strengths and weaknesses - but a desire to give people the opportunity to see just how a mono image can have as much punch or impact as a colour one.

This impact depends not only upon the image itself but upon you and how you react to it. I freely admit that I hope to convert the odd viewer [or fifty] to preferring mono and the only way I think I can do that is by offering a choice.

I hope you find something you enjoy looking at - or even better - I hope you find something you prefer looking at.
